TB3610 is a masterbatch with a hardness of 60 degrees, responding to the recent decrease in demand for chloroprene rubber while also possessing physical properties such as tensile strength of over 10 MPa and the use of cold-resistant polymers. It is a rubber compound weighing 21 kg, which includes 1 kg of curing agent batch added to 20 kg of A-mixed rubber. By incorporating these, CR final material (60-degree hardness) can be produced. For example, if 5 kg of rubber material is needed, 250 g of curing agent batch should be used and mixed in. For users who do not have rubber mixing rolls, we can also process and ship the final product after processing at our company (additional processing fees apply). Additionally, we offer standard batches with hardness ranging from 40 to 80 degrees. Please check the product description section for various physical properties!

By mixing these components, CR final rubber (hardness 50 degrees) can be produced. For example, if 5 kg of rubber material is needed, 250 g of curing agent batch should be used and mixed in. For users who do not have rubber mixing rolls, we can perform the final processing and send it out (additional processing fees apply).
